The average egg white sandwich will only save you 30-40 calories over one made with whole eggs.
Having said that, when Consumer Reports magazine tested egg sandwiches (including both whole egg and egg whites) from six major QSR chains for its June 2012 edition, it named Subway’s Egg White and Cheese on Mornin’ Flatbread the best overall, based on a combination of nutrition and taste.
